Below the main entrance level are several stone cantinas (cellars), a wood-burning bread oven, and access to the terrace and lower terraced garden, with surrounding stone walls, off which is also a gated street entrance.

With an asking price of only 180,000 euro, this property offers stunning value for money, and the opportunity to own a property that (with the exception of a modern bathroom, which is perhaps desirable) has not been restored or damaged by restoration attempts. On one stone doorway there is a date of 1579, but parts of the property may be newer; it was certainly once part of an even larger villa, taking up a whole street in the village.
