The house is connected to mains electricity and needs a complete renovation, offering nice potential to turn it into a quaint country home. Mains water is right on the doorstep, easy to connect.

The plot of land is situated to the rear of the annex and slopes down into the little valley and a bit up. There is a large orange tree and some fruit trees nearer to the house. The land is fertile and invites to grow your own food, and to keep some goats.
The property is easily accessed via a tarmac road and there is space to park a car to the front of the house. There are very few neighbors in this area. There are many tracks in the area to go walking or hiking.
The property is conveniently located 3,5 km from the village center of Graça, where there are two cafés with mini-market, a health center extension, ATM, a small weekly market and a church.
