The property is easily accessed via a tarmac road and there is space to park a car to the front of the house. There are very few neighbors in this area. There are many tracks in the area to go walking or hiking.
The property is conveniently located 3,5 km from the village center of Graça, where there are two cafés with mini-market, a health center extension, ATM, a small weekly market and a church.
