The Vera Playa area has virgin Blue Flag beaches and benefits from more than 320 days of sunshine a year. There are two main supermarkets within 2 minutes drive, plus a large number of bars, chiringuitos and restaurants in the area, some within a few minutes walk from the properties, and others within a few minutes drive. The nearby small fishing village of Garrucha (5 minutes drive away) is particularly well known for its seafood speciality restaurants. From Garrucha you can drive to the beaches of Mojacar, with a wide range of bars and restaurants, and to the historic white village of Mojacar.
