The house which faces a quiet village road stands on private land of 900 square meters has been designed and built to be used as a permanent residency.
The materials used were of very good quality and no corners where cut short to keep the costs down, on contrary the house has been designed to serve as a cozy permanent residency, to be cool in the summer and warm in the winter and to be easy to manage.

The large bungalow comprises of a very large room, it is an open plan living room/dining room with a large fireplace/log burner and a fully fitted kitchen with wooden cupboards. Next to the kitchen is a good sized storage room.
Next to the fire place is a small corridor connecting the living room with a single bedroom (currently used as an office/study) with wardrobes and large windows, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a large bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Behind the house there is a big covered terrace (accessible by the living room) and a good sized garden containing many trees.

The house has covered parking for two cars.

Limnes is a pretty Cretan village located 10km west of the province capital Agios Nikolaos and 3km east of the small town of Neapoils.
It is a small but relatively busy village with shops, restaurants and cafes. Due to the villages position (near many towns and resorts) it is full of life as the local population has not needed to move in order to find jobs. Near to Limnes (walking distance) are the villages of Houmeriako and Nikthiano.
