Fourni is one of the best preserved traditional Cretan villages in the Lasithi province and is nicely situated between the small town of Neapolis and the coastal resort of Elounda.

The seaside village of Plaka is within 15 minutes drive; and 20 minutes to Elounda. The large town of Neapolis is 5 minutes by car.
The village has a bus service to and from Neapolis twice a day.
The international airport of Heraklion, Crete is a 50 minute drive from Fourni.
