This lovely villa is located just off the Canillas de Aceituno road and in a small cluster of beautiful, detached country houses, each with their own plots. It has beautiful views and is very private, with no dirt track other than a very short access road to the gates of the grounds. Velez-Malaga town is within a 10 minute drive, along with the villages of Viñuela and Canillas, and the coast (Torre del Mar) is within 15 minutes.

The Grounds
The double gates lead onto a spacious gravel car parking area, large enough for several cars, with a grassy bank to one side which could be cleared and planted with ornamental plants, flower borders, or fruit trees. There is space on either side of the house, leading around to the large, flat, main garden, pool terrace with moulded in-ground pool, and an area beyond with a large covered pergola, ideal for barbeques or for relaxing in the shade.

The views from the garden are of the hills, countryside and beautiful mountain ranges that are so striking and visible in this part of Andalusia.

The House
Access to the front door is on one side of the house, easily accessible from the car park. A covered porch (5.6m2) leads into a hall area (3m2) and to the left is a WC, and to the right is a store room or cloak room.

Ahead is the magnificent, spacious living room/dining room area (30m2) with a fireplace and two sets of glass patio doors with views over the pool area, gardens and views beyond.

To the left of the living room, a door leads into the master ‘suite’, consisting of a dressing room, main double bedroom and ensuite bathroom (total suite size around 25m2).

To the right of the living room, is the kitchen (13m2) with high breakfast bar and fully fitted integrated units and appliances, and a wine cooler. The kitchen has a door to an outside pergola terrace to one side of the house. Also to the right, an arch leads to a short corridor from where access is gained to bedroom 2 (14m2), bedroom 3 (12m2) and the guest or family bathroom (4m2).

Through the living room patio doors is a large covered terrace with arches (30m2).

There is ducted hot and cold air conditioning throughout the house.
