Beautiful villa with 3 bedrooms on a spacious fully fenced plot with private swimming pool and beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes and mountains.
This at 10-15 minutes from the bar and a few minutes drive from the large Albox where we can find everything.

Via the double iron gate we reach a gravel-covered driveway where we find space for various vehicles with carport. From here a path takes us to the 8x4m swimming pool with large terrace and unique views of the surroundings. We have a bar on our right. Back from the entrance hall we have access to the 3 bedrooms of the house, 1 master bedroom very spacious and equipped with an en-suite bathroom and ceiling fan, 2nd bedroom also sufficiently spacious for a double bed and equipped with ceiling fan, the 3rd is slightly smaller from sized and also equipped with a ceiling fan, we also have a family bathroom with shower here.

The villa is in good condition and has recently been completely painted inside and out, the pool has been completely redone and refilled with fresh water.
