The TV area is extremely bright thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling window plus glass patio door leading to the lovely outside patio or terrace area which is fully-tiled, so perfect for dining al fresco either in the mornings or late-evenings. A nice feature enjoyed by this property is the inclusion of a separate utility room with hot water/boiler tank that also houses the washer/dryer machine. This is fantastic as this removes this particular (noisy) appliance away from the kitchen-cum-dining area. The kicthen, although compact and partially recessed from the rest of the main living area, is beautifully fitted with a cream/brown two-tone wooden effect along with contrasting wooden backsplash. There is a stainless steel sink, hob/oven and a discrete stainless steel extractor hood with fan. The kitchen also enjoys low-voltage recessed ceiling lights - perfect for night time. The flooring in the kicthen area is tiled. The fully-tiled bathroom is quite traditional with a black n' white style, easy to maintain and clean, plus it has the added benefit of a full bathtub which many holiday properties on the Black Sea coast do not have. Finally, we have the sleeping area - the bedroom with large twin/double beds with beautiful carved wooden headboards along with matching bedside lockers and even a large free-standing wooden closet with full-length vanity door mirror. This property is both very modern looking, tastefully furnished whilst retaining a very intimate and cosy ambience. It would serve as an ideal retreat for a couple or young family.
