The current owners have done a considerable amount of work to the property to bring it to its current state. New wiring, plastering and restoration of the floors are some of the jobs that have been completed.

Los Gallardos is a popular destination for Spanish and tourists alike for the annual Three Kings celebration and re-enactment in January and also the July fiesta. The A7/E15 is close by making travelling times to Almería, Murcia and Alicante airports 45, 80 and 120 minutes respectively.
