'Casa dos Cucos' Project:
'A magical hidden retreat'
Nestled on a high elevation, with massive views to the peace offered by the green, supplying the perfect sun exposure of the South and at the same time open to the West, it will offer perfect summers with the warmth of the West sun and cozy winters with the sun coming in the house in the winter!
'Casa dos Cucos', is based on the renovation of a centennial house, and is a project we embranced with love and care; Since day one we always wanted to respect the past adapting the building to the new times, supplying all confort and quality, bringing its owns character back to life, but at the same time giving it a kick on design and making it retreat the owner or user will always feeling like coming back to!
The existing house will be renovated but a the same time extended; On the main building the extension, will supply a body that will offer a open space that will comprise the living, dinning and kitchen areas, which will be a great space for socializing, blessed by the high pitched roof and at the same time enjoying the massive green views offered by the big window turned to south. Still in this body you will find the a full bathroom and laundry; A new body will be built, in contemporary style (flat roof), where two bedrooms can be found one of them will be the master en-suite with a walking closet and bathroom;
On the area where previously existed the old 'bread oven', we will renovate the place with contemporary lines (flat roof) to supply the third bedroom;
