The complex consists of six apartments in the main building. In a separate original old farmhouse is the apartment of the manager, the restaurant for guests and a professional kitchen. Each apartment has its own living room, kitchen, or combination thereof, and one or more bathrooms. The Farmhouse is currently runed by a Dutch couple. In the area of 4ha, with beautifully landscaped garden, there is a large parking area for guests, a recently constructed swimming pool, a large lawn and playground, several terraces with places with shadow or sun and several outbuildings. The beautiful city of Fabriano with many attractions, is a fifteen minutes drive. The comfortable Ancona airport (Ryanair), just like the beaches of the Adriatic coast, is reachable through the Superstrada in 45 minutes.
