This epitomises the Tuscan dream. In stone, detached and in very good condition, this little house sits just outside a pretty Tuscan village with outstanding views. All the amenities are available at walking distance. There is easy car access and parking at the property.

The house is entered through a brick archway into a covered portico and then into the kitchen. Downstairs is a lovely living room with built-in dining seating area and a well-fitted modern kitchen and a bathroom with shower; up a little spiral staircase is the welcoming double bedroom and bathroom/WC. The bedroom has access to a 'loggia' and is then with just one step, into the garden.

The garden is 3000 sqm, it is the perfect place to spend time outdoor enjoying the sun and the views.

Central heating, open fireplace and wood burning stove.

The character is rustic with Tuscan flavour, with brick arches, open fireplace, terracotta floors and wooden beams. The fittings and furnishings are of excellent quality. The pretty garden is a paradise to relax in during the hot summer months, with open lawned areas, trees for shade and wonderful views of cypress trees and vineyards. A truly Tuscan view.

The area of Val Di Cecina has a charming combination of history, culture and excellent cuisine. Castelnuovo Val di Cecina is a small medieval village in the heart of Tuscany, south of Pisa, on the border between the provinces of Pisa, Siena and Grosseto, at an altitude of 576 metres. The town has ancient origins dating back to the thirteenth century and the village has preserved all the charm and is full of antique features. The hilltop village is known for being in the shape of a bunch of grapes, with a layout of a medieval town. It sits on a sandstone outcrop and is full of beautiful cobbled lanes and enchanting little piazzas. Coming away from the oldest part of Castelnuovo, the town streets are flanked with small shops and local coffee bars, bank, post office. Modern life and amenities are all within walking distance. The countryside extends from the mountains to the east, through the vineyards terraced on the low hills and down to the Mediterranean scrub with pine woods and brooms to the west. The golden hills are planted with orchards, vineyards and olive groves. Castelnuovo is the place to be for nature enthusiasts: from the town, there is a variety of different nature trails through enchanting historic sites, such as a bridge crossing the Pavone torrent or the scenic vista of the Val di Cornia and the Gulf of Piombino.

Perfectly positioned to explore the beautiful Tuscan cities of Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa, Lucca and Florence. It is all on your doorstep.
