Stone house in a special location and with a panoramic view. The walls and roof have been fully restored, leaving the interior to finish. The house is made of two separate buildings, united by an internal courtyard. One building is composed of a living room with kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom.
Second building is composed of living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom.

One very large storeroom/barn offers enormous potential. All services are connected. With land of approx 600 sqm attached to the house where it is possible to build a pool (subject to planning). Additional land may be available by separate negotiation.

We work with a sister company, with a resident Geometra, who oversees a good team of builders, who can collaborate to design and finish the house. This team have overseen a large number of excellent restoration projects in the area.

The property is accessed along a country lane which leads to the small hamlet. A village with restaurant is at the edge of the lane (1.5 km). The town of Barbarasco, which is set on the banks of the river Magra, is just 3 kms away and it offers a selection of shops and restaurants, schools, chemist and one of the best cheese shops in the area. Good walking trails and a host of farm restaurants are nearby.

Lunigiana is a magical part of Tuscany. The rolling landscape is liberally sprinkled with castles of Medici or Malaspina vintage and for lovers of the coast the sea is only half-an-hour away. The golden sandy beaches around Lerici and the pebble coves of the Cinque Terre (UNESCO World Heritage site) are ideal for swimming and sailing. The Tuscan cities of art, history and culture, Lucca, Florence and Pisa all make for enchanting day trips. The airports of Pisa, Parma and Genova are just over an hour away.
