This property is on what used to be the main square in Benamagosa, an old fountain decorating the plaza, surrounded by plants. The rear side of the property connects to a back street where the garage entrance is located

The picturesque village of Comares about 15 minutes away, Triana is just 5 minutes and the coast is about 20 minutes’ drive.

The front door leads into to a large living room, with double glass doors leading out onto the patio. To the right is a bedroom and there is access also to the kitchen.

The kitchen, with a window overlooking the patio, has a couple of steps down into what is currently a storage room. This room has the downstaris bathroom to the right and a set of double doors out to the patio. Under the covered area of the patio is a room with an outside toilet. From here there is a metal door that leads to the rear patio where the outside storage room and the parking area are located. This storage room could be converted into usable space, such as an extra bedroom.

From here is access to a bedroom that overlooks the plaza and a large living room that connects to 2 further bedrooms that overlook the square, and one of these rooms also overlooks the inner patio.
