Location

This property is located in a beautiful country area within 10 minutes’ drive from Riogordo village, which has plenty of excellent facilities including a good variety of shops, bars, restaurants, sports fascilities and schools. Riogordo is also easily accessed from Málaga and the airport (45 mins max). It is also only 25 minutes from the village in Torre del Mar. There is a very friendly community feel in the village and it is easy to make friends.

But what stikes one upon arrival are the breathtaking panoramic views. From this excellent location, there is an uninterrupted view of the many mountains and hills, and even a glimpse of the gleaming Mediterranean Sea in the distance. On a sunny day (most days, that is,) the sun pours in through the windows and doors, making it lignt and bright, an ideal holiday home and potential retirement home.

From the outdoor terraces surrounding the house on three sides, a covered terrace leads into an inner hall. To the right is the modern, bright fully fitted kitchen, and to the left is the comfortable living room with modern pellet burning stove. As both these rooms face South, they take full advantage of the sun and the beautiful views.

To the rear of the hallway, a short corridor leads to the family bathroom, and two bedrooms, the second with an ensuite shower room. And at the far end is bedroom 3, currently used as an office. Sizes are shown on the floorplan below.

Outside, to one side is a cane covered terrace area for outside living, and to the rear of the house is a very useful store area, covering the entire width of the house.
