There are small beaches in Callao Salvaje and Playa Paraiso, and in the latter you will also find the Hard Rock Hotel Resort, the only Hard Rock hotel in the Canary Islands.

Oasis Tropical is a very well presented and maintained complex and has a heated community pool, and is located a short walk from the shops, bars, beaches and restaurants in Callao Salvaje.

The apartment is a lovely two bedroom, one bathroom property. On entering the apartment, one can sense the very spacious nature of this property, with the open plan lounge, dining area and full equipped kitchen and family bathroom which features a walk in shower. The two double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and the lounge opens out onto the lovely balcony. Given the south facing aspect, the balcony will enjoy sunshine from first thing in the morning till late in the day, making it ideal for "al fresco" dining or entertaining friends. 

This is a very attractive apartment, which had a price reduction recently of 8000 euros, and is offered for sale fully furnished. The resort is very nice, albeit a little less hustle and bustle that the bigger resorts nearby, which for many would be a definite benefit.  Ideal for all year round use or as a winter holiday home, and Clear Blue Skies Group SL would very much recommend viewing this lovely property.
