Full Description
Outside this villa there is a large pool terrace which gets plenty of sun throughout the day, with ample space to relax and admire the views. There is a table and chairs for alfresco dining where you can sit and enjoy a continental breakfast, tapas lunch or evening meal or BBQ as you watch the sun set over the resort. The centre of Kalkan is a few minutes drive or you can catch the water taxi from the seafront. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and living area and WiFi are included.
Living area The living area is open plan with a feature fireplace, ample seating and a dining table and chairs by the fully equipped kitchen. Patio doors open onto the pool terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms On the left as you enter is a shower room and stairs to the bedrooms on the first floor. Ahead at the top of the stairs is the double bedroom and on the right is a twin bedroom. Each bedroom has an en suite shower room and patio doors onto a shared terrace which offers fantastic views over the bay and resort. Each bedroom also has an unusual porthole window with the intention of giving a nautical feel to the house.
Entrance steps from the street lead past the pool terrace to the entrance which opens directly into the living area.
