We´re talking about one of the oldest houses of the town of Pedrógão Grande: a house from the 17th century, which has served as an inn or guest house and subsequently as a hospital.
Nowadays and for more than a century, it became a residential dwelling, with a 1st floor and a commercial space on the ground floor which until sometime ago was a grocery shop and a typical Portuguese tavern.
The first floor comprises of 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and two living rooms. With modest conditions to inhabit, some maintenance work would be advisable.
