Here time goes by slowly in its own pace. People are friendly and helpful and have time to talk to their neighbours. These places get harder and harder to find, but that's the way it is here. So if one wants to sit and sip a glass of wine under a pergola in the summer evenings, after a homemade Italian meal, this is the place.
But there are also activities going on nearby when that's requested; an Adventure Park, Rafting on the River and Tennis courts in Bagni di Lucca.
The famous medieval town of Lucca is only about 30 kilometres away and in the winter, the Abetone ski resort is only half an hour away.
The house is situated on a narrow street on where there's a gate hiding a staircase going up to the house with the flat garden right there.
The entrance is on the ground floor, with a kitchen featuring a fire place, a siting/dining room and a bedroom. The stairs taking upstairs are closed of by a door.
