A sixteen room town hotel, right in front of the sea, near the center of the town of Agios Nikolaos, Crete.

The hotel was built around 1980. Since then, it has undergone renovation works and has always been kept in very good condition by the owners.
The current owners operate the hotel in the summer season, 7 months (Start of April till end of October) during which it is almost always booked out.
Due to it's great location, though, this hotel could be open all year round.
The building is of a total size of 667 square meters. It comprises 4 floors.
The ground floor serves mainly as the reception area, there are also a few storage rooms and the guest bathrooms on this floor.
On the first floor is the dining area, a reading room and guest rooms.
The second and third floor are taken up by hotel rooms.
All rooms are equipped with A/C units and TV and Wi-Fi internet.
Eight of the rooms are sea facing whilst the other eight (back facing) look onto the hotels small garden area.

Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the county Lasithi and is located at the Mirabello Bay, north-east Crete, only 40mins away from the international airport of Heraklion.
Geographically the town is well protected from strong winds allowing sea sports and swimming nearly all year round.
Although Agios Nikolaos has a population of less than 20,000 it has a several banks, supermarkets, shops of every kind, doctors, a modern hospital of high standard, public swimming pool and tennis courts, yacht marina, harbour, cinema, theatre, gyms, a 9-hole golf course, schools ranging from nurseries to 6-level high school and generally all the amenities you would expect to find in a large modern European town.
