Full Description

REDUCED in price - Located at the end of a little country lane with beautiful views, you will find this interesting investment project. This little farm complex used to house a whole family; the farmer with his family in the main house, the grandparents in the smaller house and the animals and the machines in the big barn.

The barn would probably be the most interesting renovation project but the smaller houses would make lovely homes or holiday lets as well. It all up to you with this blank canvas.

The former main house is made up of two spaces of 15 m2 each, on the ground floor. The loft space above the main house can only be reached through the barn.

The small house next to the main house also consist of two rooms (25 m2).

Next to the smaller the house a barn of approx. 45 m2 and at the very end of the complex the last an interesting barn of 85 m2.

This last barn has been emptied of rubbish and interior walls to start building work.

Drawings for a building permit have already been drawn, but you're free to make your own plans.

The plot of about 6353 m2.

Because the plot is flat and south oriented, this would make an excellent terrace, garden/vegetable garden or small holding.

The department of Haute-Vienne is in the region of Limousin and boasts a varied landscape of forests, countryside and lakes that attract many tourists each year looking for a range of activities including walking, fishing, sailing, boating and skiing.

In addition, the department has a strong historical and cultural heritage and the landscape is dotted with Roman churches, abbeys and fortified castles. Beautiful man-made beaches are easily accessible and are a good alternative for a great day out. In particular, the Lake of Vassiviere, created in 1950, is extremely popular with visitors.

It is sometimes known as the Land of a Thousand Lakes, the Limousin and its Haute-Vienne department offer beautiful and preserved landscapes. Waterfalls sparkling in the middle of rocks and trees, myriads of flowers and impressive dense forests are the kind of treasures that can be discovered in the department.

Transport links are good too, the easy and cheap access from the United Kingdom with companies as Ryanair or from French cities made that Limoges and the Haute-Vienne became an attractive destination. There is also a project of enlargement for Limoges' airport.

The department has a semi-continential climate with summer temperatures in the mid 20's, perfect for enjoying the scenery.
