Full Description

You know from the surrounding countryside and views as you approach this house that you are going to be looking at a property with enormous appeal and potential.

The property lends itself to a variety of opportunities. A large family home, a home that will accommodate two families as the house is currently divided into two apartments or an investment/income opportunity with the house, the land and the access to the lake offering a unique opportunity and ideally suited to provide a tourism business in this area.

It is worth noting that planning permission had been granted to allow two bungalows to be built on the land. This permission has now expired but can be re-applied for – this would provide additional accommodation for guests or would provide another income stream.

Outside… ......
To the front of the house is a graveled and concreted area for parking cars or a motor home. Immediately to the side of this is a large garage.

Immediately off the back of the house is a covered patio area where there is a BBQ and outside dining area which is perfect for entertainment while looking over the land and the views to the lake.

Much of the land is to the rear of the house and it is made up of three flat, large terraces. These terraces are safely supported by cement retaining walls and some of the original stone retaining walls.
