This lovely property is semi-detached to one side and to the other there is parking spaces for there cars. The quiet county road has recently been re surfaced, so this was a great improvement for the village. The property has great curb appeal and has a nice happy aura about it.
The house is set over two floors. On the top floor is the living accommodation and the ground floor is just being used as storage but could easily be made into a separate studio for family or friends to use.
Entering the top floor, we first have an entrance hall with cupboards to the right for storage.

The city of Tomar is around 15 minutes drive away from the property. Tomar is a bustling market town with a variety of supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, banks, health centres, hospitals, schools, bus and train station and university.
The property is also only a short 5 minute drive from Castelo do Bode Lake, which is popular for all kinds of water sport activities.
The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is around one hour twenty (130km) by car. Lisbon airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines, which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries.
