This pretty little village of Brusque is on the banks of the Dourdou. The house commands views over the village and you can hear the stream gurgling below and the bells of St Martins church. There is plenty of history in the area dating back to the 1st century. Presently used as a holiday home this house has magnificent views over the village below, enclosed by a garden with high hedges and mostly laid to lawn. The house is entered steps at the front which are shared with the house next door, these take you up to the first floor where we have a front door. Through the front door we enter an inner hallway with inbuilt cupboards on the left, ahead of us we find the bathroom, and a separate w.c, turning left we have the first double bedroom with windows to both the front and side of the house, and then the second double with windows over the side garden. To the right we have access through into the living room with open kitchen and dining area. The living room has a crafted cabinet separating the kitchen from the lounge area. The lounge has a door out onto the front terrace and and a window too.There is a fabulous wood burner that heats the house in winter. Stairs lead up from the terrace door into a large open room with windows to the front which is currently set up as a family bedroom with a double and single bed, there is a large shower room with shower, w.c , and wash hand basin and two large double bedrooms with windows overlooking the village. There are several large cupboards giving access to the loft space which can be used for storage.
