A single glazed door opens onto a good sized balcony that has views over the town of Nazare and to the sea. There is an attractive wood burning fireplace with a stone surround. The owners have installed a set of wooden steps to the loft area.
The kitchen has a matching range of base and wall units with granite work surfaces incorporating a double stainless steel sink unit with drainer and mixer tap. There is an electric hob and electric oven with extractor fan. A space is allowed on the base units for either a washing machine or a dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a good sized pantry area, perfect for storing food and utility items. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate a table and chair. To the front of the kitchen is a separate area where the water heater is located and there is a double window to the front. This area could be made into the utility room if desired.
The first bathroom has a sink set into a vanity unit with a mirror over, a bidet, w.c., and a shower cubicle. The bathroom is fully tiled.

There are cafes and small shops within easy walking distance of the apartment. A popular and well attended gym and fitness club is close by. The municipal swimming pool is a five minute walk away.
It is a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk to the fabulous beaches at Nazare where there is a lovely boardwalk that runs the entire length of the beach.
Nazare itself has shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors offices, dentists, hairdressers, a good selection of restaurants including one of the most popular Indian restaurants in the area.
Within a half hour drive are also the beautiful beaches of Sao Martinho do Porto and Foz do Arelho.
The expanding and busy town of Alcobaca is 15 minutes drive away. In Alcobaca there are supermarkets, banks, shops, restaurants, a market where you can buy plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables along with other local products.
Lisbon and Lisbon Airport are just over an hour away.
