Our latest project and property for sale is situated on the west side of the village in one of the three main streets. You can drive up to the front door and parking in front of the house. A well constructed property although our works carried out over the last few months includes: a new roofs, rewiring, water and sewage connection, newly tiled floors throughout (internal and external parts of the property such as terrace, patio and open air car port). All walls were checked, rendered and painted. Each beam is original and has been carefully checked and where necessary changed. The front of the house has been entirely repaired and rendered with coloured mortar. Train sleepers have been installed as window lintels. The kitchen is brand new (both the furniture and white goods). Both bathrooms have been newly built following the style and design that fits with rest of the house, using handmade tiles.
On the ground floor: The entrance door opens to a lounge with an incorporated feature fireplace, two windows give good natural light to this principal room.
To one side of the lounge you are led to the newly built and fully equipped kitchen (including hob, fridge, dishwasher) a big window gives plenty of natural light to the kitchen and opens to the internal courtyard of the property. Off the kitchen is a short hallway that leads to the downstairs bathroom and courtyard. The bathroom has a shower back with unique beautiful handmade tiles. The courtyard offers ideal opportunity for private open air dining and has a short staircase up to a small carport.
From the lounge starts the staircase to the first floor. The first few steps open to a charming space that is part of the stairwell and from it you access the dining room with a nice big window looking out to the front of the property. The dining room could be used as a bedroom.
On the first floor: at the top of the stairs you find a hallway that give access to two large bedrooms both with windows to the front of the house and the main bathroom with a full bath, a pedestal basin and a hydro-massage shower. From the hallway a door leads to a small terrace with views over the courtyard and a metal staircase leads up to the open air beautiful terrace at the top of the property with 360 degree panoramic views of the charming village and beautiful mountains.
