Parco Meridiana is located on Petrosa a holiday village on hills above the Calabrian beach resort Scalea. This private gated community comes with swimming pool and beautifully maintained communal gardens. The complex also offers private parking.
We have a selection of two bed apartments either ground floor with garden or first floor with balcony. Each apartment comprises of open plan living with access to a balcony/garden. First floor apartments offer sea views. Off the main living area is a hallway taking you to two large bedrooms and a well fitted bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The apartments are sold unfurnished. Please see the furniture package for more details. All utilities are connected and each apartment is ready to move in.
Scalea is home to just under 11,000 people and is a main holiday destination for many Italians. We have a small community of foreign home owners who take advantage of the long hot summers, holidaying between March and November.
The locals are extremely warm and friendly and will give you a warm welcome.
The town is littered with great restaurants, bars and shops. There’s over 6km of beach and a backdrop of mountains and the Pollino National Park. The largest national park in Italy.
Closest airports Lamezia Terme and Naples both with good train connections.
