ABOUT THE AREA

The property is less than 10 minutes' drive from the A20 motorway and is on the outskirts of a small, rural village. It is close to a village with a variety of shops and leisure facilities and is around 20 minutes from the medieval town of Cahors. The area is dominated by the river Lot which cuts deep into the limestone countryside creating stunning gorges and many opportunities for canoeing on the river, cycling and walking. The area is also renowned for its wine. The city of Cahors is in a curve of the river and provides excellent shopping and entertainment plus plenty of cafes and restaurants.

The nearest shops are around 10 minutes from the house while Toulouse International airport is one and a quarter hours away.
