This first floor, one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with open plan lounge dining area and kitchen  is a gem of a property for anyone looking for their own small slice of Spanish life here in Spain.  You enter the property to the spacious living area of the apartment, with its glass paneled double doors making the room very bright and airy. The kitchen area has good storage with fridge, washing machine, cooker, electric hob and overhead extractor.  The double doors lead to a balcony area to the front of the property and looks out towards the swimming pool. A wonderful spot for watching the world go by and enjoying the Spanish sunshine.  An arched hallway from the lounge leads to two sets of double storage cupboards, one which houses the boiler.  From here is the spacious family bathroom with full bath and overhead shower, toilet and vanity unit.  We then come to the spacious double bedroom of the apartment, which has a ceiling fan light and doors that lead to yet another balcony, from where again outside lounging can be enjoyed.

Down stairs from the apartment and a couple of steps along the marble block paved pathway, is the wonderful communal swimming pool with plenty of space for relaxing by the swimming pool all day long, surrounded by well-manicured hedging for privacy and beautiful palm trees.  In addition to this, there is another pool 100 meters away, that can be used, with a restaurant, again perfect for enjoying outdoor living. This is truly a stunning community, in an area with all you need on your doorstep, which has to be seen to be appreciated.
