The guest house is located only 3 km away from the town of Tryavna on the way to Gabrovo. The area is suitable for: relaxation, tourism, walking, mountain sports, bicycle riding, visiting historic and architectural landmarks Architectural Reserve "Bojenci", Ethnographic Museum "Etara", Dryanovski and Sokolski Monasteries and others. There is a marked tourist path - 4.5 km. The pine forests in the area and the fresh mountain air are suitable for people with diseases of the respiratory system.

The property offers nearly 2000 sq.m. garden together with the built on it two-storied house, sheltered area with seats on two levels, parking for 7 cars and beautifully landscaped green garden. The plot is facing south. The house was fully renovated in 2003 and offers 150 sq. m. of living area.

The capacity of the guest house is 10 – 12 guests and offers:

- one apartment with two rooms – a twin room and a double room with 2 separate beds;

- a double room with 2 separate beds;

- a double room with studio – transitional room and a room with 2 bed;

- a tavern with kitchen and a lavatory (on the ground floor of the house).

Each room has a bathroom.

The house and the tavern are locally heated, which makes the guest house usable in all seasons. The tavern is equipped with kitchen and the guests could choose between:

- Self-catering in the fully equipped kitchen;

- Complete board and lodging;

- Half board.

The tavern has 12-14 seats indoors; outside the garden is terraced on two levels – on the first there is a bar counter and 20 seats; the lower level has another 10 seats. The hotel and the tavern are operating and according to European standards. The road to the property is tarmac and in very good condition; it is the main road from Tryavna to Gabrovo and Uzana Ski Resort!

Tryavna is situated in central Bulgaria, in the north slopes of the Balkan range, on the Tryavna river valley, near Gabrovo. The town is well connected with the whole country thanks to its excellent road network and railway station. Gabrovo is at the foot of the central Balkan Mountains, in the valley of the Yantra River, and it is known as an international capital of the humour and satire, as well as noted for its Bulgarian National Revival architecture. Gabrovo is also known as the longest town in Bulgaria, stretching over 25 km along the Yantra River, yet reaching only 1 km in width at places.

Winter resort Uzana in Bulgaria is located at the foot of Ispolin peak (1524 m) in Central Balkan National Park. It consists of huge meadows surrounded by forest. The altitude varies from 1220 to 1350 m. the longest run is 4,265 ft /1,300 m.; skiable are is 800 acres. Closest big city is Gabrovo, some 22 km away, connected with very reliable road infrastructure, regular bus transport available. Uzana is also the geographic center of Bulgaria.

The resort with its 15 hotels provides splendid tourism opportunities throughout the year. Uzana is a real paradise for the people who love nature. The surrounding sites of Uzana are suitable for speleological and rock climbing. The possibilities for cultural tourism in the region are inexhaustible.

Nearby is situated the open- air ethnographic museum Etara where people can learn more about the Bulgarian crafts. The Sokolski Monastery is situated just several kilometers away from Uzana.

Uzana is a home of rare floral species included in the Red Book of Endangered Species.

It is attractive with its crystal clear mountain air, quietness and the gifts of nature. It is the starting position of many mountain routes as well as the summits- Shipka and Buzludja.
