This project is developed on a plot of 1500m2 located on the first line of golf in Capanés Sur (La Alquería). It enjoys magnificent views of the sea and the countryside itself thanks to its optimal south orientation. The house is presented as a simple and sober performance, with the stone as a material to be highlighted, which is developed primarily on the ground floor and first looking for a continuous relationship with the exterior although it develops on 4 levels (basement + passable roof).

The starting premise proposed by the promoter was to include in the home a space as a show-room where he could exhibit his new relic: “Ferrari California”. From there and as you will assume, the name of this modern town is given. Based on this, this luxury villa aims to visually relate all social dependencies with the “Ferrari Room”, subordinating all of them to the living room, which is glazed by two of its faces (with views of the golf course and the sea to the south). overlooking the Ferrari California to the north) so that from the entire ground floor (open concept) a direct visual relationship is maintained with the elements mentioned above (Mar, Golf, Ferrari).

To achieve this, the distributors on the ground floor are also eliminated, looking for spaces to be separated from each other by means of characteristic elements such as double-sided chimneys (separating the dining room) or a glass-covered cellar from floor to ceiling integrated into the partition that separates the kitchen from the dining room. . The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, special attention deserves the master bedroom, with two large dressing rooms (for him and her) and a large bathroom where the shower and bathtub area is totally related to the outside. On the terrace of the master to grant privacy to the room, a characteristic element is proposed as a continuation of the stone: an exterior chimney that frames the sunset.
