The entrance to the property is via a covered terrace to the front of the property, through the front door is a spacious living room/dining room with air conditioning.

At the rear of the property is the newly replaced kitchen with a door giving access to the rear patio and stairs to the roof solarium which has a large storage room. Off the living room is an archway which leads to two double bedrooms and bathroom.

Pinar de Campoverde is a very pretty and green village in the district of Pilar de la Horadada in Alicante. It boasts a fantastic array of local facilities including a great selection of bars, restaurants, a library, a town-hall subsidiary, a bank, 2 pharmacies, a doctor’s surgery, dentist, 6 hair salons and even 2 vets. There are also 3 supermarkets including the newly opened Spar, also Overseas Imports who are the Spanish outlet for Iceland and Waitrose, great for stocking up on the familiar items from the UK.

If you like walking you will love the Rio Seco which is a hiking route along a dry river bed and conservation area. There are 2 trails, one 4km long and the second 10km long which takes you to the coastal area of Mil Palmeras. At the beginning of the trail there is a lovely restaurant with gorgeous views and an outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts.

Unlike many of the coastal areas, this sought after village is busy all year round and is made up of a perfect mix of Spanish, British, German, Belgian and Scandinavian residents with a good balance between holidaymakers and those who live here permanently. A 5 minute drive will take you to Lo Romero Golf Course and 10 minutes to the town of Pilar de la Horadada where there are a number of major supermarkets, a health centre, Olympic sized swimming pool, and all the facilities associated with a bustling town including a lovely plaza next to the church of Nuestra Senora del Pilar.
