The windows and the veranda doors are single glazed aluminum framed. The front entrance door is of massive wood.

The apartment is in good state of repair and well looked after, although it would benefit from a new coat of paint.
There is plenty of parking just outside the building. Although the apartment is conveniently located in the business center of Proença-a-Nova, it´s in a quiet spot. Proença-a-Nova is a tranquil yet lively town in the center of Portugal, with all amenities, including council offices, health center, private clinics, a good number of shops and an Intermarché, reaturants and cafés, service stations, car workshops, a direct bus to Lisbon. The surrounding nature invites you to explore the nature, the woods and hill side towns and river beaches.
Proença-a-Nova is located just a little over two hours´ drive from Lisbon and also from Porto. The district capital Castelo Branco is only 50 km away, all these cities are easily accessed via modern highways.
