Sustainable building windmill which is divided as follows: large living room / bedroom; kitchen, bathroom.
This project is based on several principles of sustainable construction, not limited to materials and processes, but also how natural resources (water, wind and sun) will be used. In the surrounding area, spaces were designed around each dwelling, in order to preserve the entire ecosystem of the place.
With a high standard of quality and comfort, it includes materials and efficient solutions that reduce carbon footprint, both in production and in operation.
The villa will be equipped with photovoltaic panels and AQS panels.
The location and orientation of each dwelling follows principles of better efficiency and effectiveness, respecting the resources and existing vegetation linking each dwelling to its surroundings.
Development comprising a set of 6 villas (3 single-family, 2 multifamily and an existing mill conversion). Reference project in the development of innovative housing solutions that fit into the existing landscape.
