The villa is located at the hamlet of Aguaderas, just a few minutes for the centre of Lorca.

Here you can enjoy the authentic Spanish country life, with time for each other shared over a glass of local wine and some tapas.

The village has a supermarket (try the home-made sausage), medical centre, three bar / restaurants serving local fare, general store, petrol station, and an excellent proper mechanic.

The village of Purias, right next door, hosts a weekly market where you can find regional specialties and is well worth a visit. At Purias you can find a bank, supermarket, and everything you need from day to day.

Lorca’s golf course is just a few minutes away by car.

This spectacular 18-hole course was designed by Dave Thomas and incorporates superb natural obstacles, making it a unique course in the area. The course borders the Sierra de Almenara natural park.

For those who enjoy the outdoors and nature, the Sierra de Almenara practically borders the villa and provides unique views and utter relaxation.

The Airport at Corvera (RMU) is just 45 minutes away and can be reached by the thoroughly modern motorway network.
