In Caldas there are shops, restaurants, cafes, entertainment venues, cinemas, shopping mall, a lovely centre park, hotels. There is also a daily fresh fruit and vegetable market where you can purchase fresh local produce, cheeses, bread, olives, flowers and other items. On Mondays there is a large general market that sells everything pretty much for the home and garden.

The property is close to all transportation links and less than an hour from Lisbon Airport.
