Arriving at the property it is impossible to know what lies beyond the entrance gate and car port.

Entrance to the property can be either through the original main door or as the current owners prefer, via the conservatory which is no doubt a much utilised room and superb addition to the original property. From breakfast watching the sunrise and then through the day the landscape of colours and shadows is constantly changing so no doubt many an hour can be lost in here.



Moving into the main property you arrive at the hexagon shaped living room with feature beamed half vaulted ceiling drawing you in. On first view it is a visual feast with so many aspects to take in and process.



The living room is the central hub to the property and benefits a pellet burner, air conditioning and ceiling fan; all essential elements for the varying seasons.



Accessed from the living room there is the kitchen with gas oven & hob and light coloured Silestone worktops and splash back that complement the wall and base units. The kitchen has deliberately been kept simple and uncluttered assisted by the ability to have the washing machine and larger fridge freezer housed in a separate utility room.



Moving through an archway from the living room you find the dining room off which there is the utility room and patio door leading to a fly screen room suitable for use as a second dining or living room.



On the opposite side of the living room from the kitchen and dining room there is a hallway that gives access to two double bedrooms with air conditioning, ceiling fans and built in wardrobes; and bathroom with shower, toilet and twin basins.



Accessed via an external staircase there is the third air conditioned bedroom with ceiling fan and en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. The room has similar characteristics to the ground floor living room with half vaulted ceiling and also a stone raised base bed from which to take the much detailed vistas. With being self contained there would be potential to use the room for bed & breakfast purpose.



Externally, there are almost as many elements as there are internally including the 8x4m heated swimming pool with terracing around that is ideal for sun loungers and simply sunbathing and relaxing. Also adjacent to the pool area there is the third bathroom with shower, toilet and basin; pump house and workshop.



On a lower terrace there is a high specification 6 person Jacuzzi which has been carefully situated to maximise on the location and, yes, you have guessed it, views of Mojácar Pueblo etc!



Located around the property on the remaining terraces there are seating areas, a storage shed and potential to develop the land further should a new owner wish to.



Although in a remote location the property has mains electric and water with a 10,000 litre tank back up facility and waste water is removed via a septic tank. For hot water there are two gas powered heaters.



The property can be accessed either from Antas on mostly tarmac road or from Los Gallardos along a gravel track but without the need for a 4 wheel drive vehicle. My bench mark of if a Nissan Note can get there then there should not be much trouble for most vehicles!



Both Antas and Los Gallardos villages are approximately a 10 to 15 minute drive away and you can be on the beaches of Mojácar and Garrucha within half-an-hour. Of course for the naturists there are also the wonderful sandy beaches at Vera Playa.



Los Gallardos has a variety of bars and restaurants providing both traditional Spanish fare and English dishes too. With two small supermarkets and the weekly street market offering a large selection of fresh fruit and vegetables that’s the food shopping taken care of too. Antas also offers a similar selection of eateries and facilities.



A little closer there is the Miraflores Camping complex that is open to non-residents where you can enjoy drinks, food and entertainment before returning to the peace and tranquillity of this exquisite location.



The A7/E15 is close by making travelling times to Almería, Murcia and Alicante airports 45, 80 and 120 minutes respectively.



Golfers have a varied selection of courses to choose from in the area including Marina Playa on the coast, the Arizona style course at Desert Springs and the Valle del Este with 4* Hotel & Spa just a few kilometres away.
