Outside there is a studio gite for 2-4, and two further gites sleeping 5 and 6 guests.
In addition there are two small stone barns, which have had the roofs done and are insulated, ready to become either storage places or two further studios. Finally there is a large barn, again with roof and partial renovation done, which could become a centre for weddings or seminars, with a very large loft accommodation above.
The gardens are pretty, and have a children's play area, and a gated swimming pool complex, with integrated spa. There are also two wells which can be used for watering the garden.
The village of Grospierres is always animated. On Sundays there is a popular flea market. There is a restaurant, small supermarket which sells local produce, and a cafe. Just 5 kilometres away is the lively tourist town of Ruoms, with a very large weekly market, and all amenities. 15 kilometres away is Vallon Pont D'Arc, the popular Ardeche canoeing centre, and near the world-famous cave with wall paintings, and its replica, the Caverne Pont d'Arc
