This wonderful 3 bedroom house is located on the edge of the pretty traditional village of Fourni, Neapoli, about a 15/20 minute drive to the town of Agios Nikolaos and anout about a 10min drive to the smaller town of Elounda and the beaches.

Through an impressive blue wooden door you enter the courtyard area of this property.
The courtyard is spacious enough for a large table and chairs, a smaller coffee table and chairs, a barbecue and even some potted plants.

The interior of the house is separated into two buildings.
The larger building consists of:
Double bedroom with a large balcony on the top floor. The balcony offers great views of the valley and the surrounding mountains.
On the lower floor,
Living room with a wood burning stove,
Fully fitted kitchen with a door leading out to the courtyard,
Hall room that has a wooden mezzanine with a double bed,
bellow this mezzanine there is a shower room and a small storage room.

The second building consists of:
Large double bedroom with a newly installed shower cubicle and separate toilet room.

There is also a small separate storage room next to the entrance of the property.
The house has air-conditioning.
Solar panel water heating is connected.
Some of the furniture will remain in the house.

There is direct road access and private parking just outside the house.

Fourni is a lovely village set between the small towns of Neapoli and Elounda.
It is one of the prettiest villages in the region and it has been named a traditional village which means houses have to be restored with respect to the original style without the use of plastic, aluminum etc.
All amenities are within a short drive to Fourni and there are also a few shops and taverns in the village.
The international airport of Heraklion is a 40 minute drive away.
