The three building are situated on the uppermost terrace of this plot, with great views into the valley and to the hills in the distance.
The buildings all need renovation and modernization works carried out, and together would make a wonderful family home.
The second plot of land is up the hill, accessed also by a tarmac road. This land is mostly flat, with a borehole for irrigation purposes. This plot also boasts a number of diverse mature fruit trees and fertile land for agriculture. A part of this land is mixed forest.
The property is located a 20 minute drive from the town of Sertã. Sertã has several supermarkets, shops, restaurants, snack bars and cafés, banks, indoor and outdoor pools, a public library, schools, health centers and private clinics, parks and municipal buildings and is easy to access off the IC8 dual carriageway.
The town of Oleiros is 30 minutes drive away.
Both the airports of Lisbon and Porto are about 200 km away.
