Idyllic Finca outside of La Romana, about 42 km from the airport Alicante and only 4 km from the village La Romana, with beautiful views to the surroundings and mountains. Built around 1800 and renovated in 1960, this finca was restored from 2003 - 2005 without losing its original charm. In the village La Romana there is everything you need, nice coffees, shopping facilities and there is also a cultural offer, besides there are very nice neighbours next to the finca who live here all year round and the surroundings are wonderful. On the upper floor there is the possibility to add a second bathroom, but you would lose a bedroom. My impression is that this finca has many possibilities, I could even imagine a small B&B. The fenced property in front of the finca does not officially belong to it, but you are the sole user.
