Internal stairs lead up to the top level of the villa which is a fantastic, spacious roof terrace., with much potential. From here there are stunning, unobstructed views over the bay looking back towards Kalkan itself.
The villa has a private swimming pool with infinity edge, surrounded by sunbathing terraces and an outdoor dining area. Tucked down by the side of the villa there is a stone built BBQ for the use of guests.

The villa is just a couple of minute’s walk from Kalkan Beach Park- where you can enjoy the use of the onsite restaurant, sunbathing platforms and water sports. A water taxi shuttles back and forth between the beach club and Kalkan throughout the day. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and competitively priced. Car hire can also be arranged.
