A ten minute drive from the centre of Sax takes you along 90% tarmac roads by the side of the AVE, the fast train to Madrid, and then two minutes inland along a dusty but not 4 x 4 track leads you to this charming traditional country finca with views beyond spectacular.

A private driveway leads up to the main gates and past the host of olive trees. Inside the gates there is plenty of parking space to the side of the house and there is a massive garage.

The house is compact, there are three bedrooms two of which are doubles and a small single that is being used as an office. The lounge/diner is cute and there is a small hallway that is currently being used for storage. The kitchen is very compact and I didn´t have a cat with me.

The house really comes alive outside where there is a good sized shaded terrace which is easily big enough to relax on and for outdoor dining. There are a number of outside areas with seating some of it stone and the pool, although not large, is fabulous for cooling off  in and has a pump and filter system.

Towards the rear of the land is a large building separated into three, a storage space, a summer kitchen and laundry room and in the middle is a BBQ house with sliding doors leading out into the garden area.

The garage is huge and could easily be converted into further accommodation be it a self contained apartment or Air BnB rooms. There is, of course, mains water and electricity.

From the rear of the property there is a view of the AVE train line. Currently there are approximately 14 trains per day, they are high speed travelling at up to 300kms per hour and subsequently are quiet. There are noise barriers to the side of the track to make it even quieter.
