Located a 5 minutes drive to the nearest town ( Huetor Tajar).. This rural house is located in the upper part and on the outskirts of a peaceful hamlet. A very tranquil area in the countryside surrounded by olive trees.

The Cortijo has been reformed and modernized at the same time, but it keep its orginial thick walls and wooden beamed ceilings on the top floor.

At the ront of the house is a driveway parking for a car and a large terrace/patio, shaded by a large climbing vinegrape from where you can enjoy the most magnificent views over the hilly countryside. Next to this patio is an outside bathroom and a large storeroom.

The ground floor has a large fully furnished and equipped kitchen/dining room with a woodstove, a living room also with a stove and a double bedroom with bathroom.

On the upper floor there is a bedroom which is now used as a storeroom, a second living room which can perfectly be used as a bedroom, and a double bedroom with its own bathroom. This room gives access to a terrace overlooking the olive trees around the house, and ahead breathtaking views over the countryside towards Granada with the white peaks of Sierra Nevada in the background.
This terrace can also be accessed from the front patio by a metallic staircase.

Less than 2 minutes by car is the small town of La Fábrica with two bars-restaurants where you can try excellent tapas and good food at great prices. The town Huétor Tajar is about a 5 minutes drive, and has a variety of shops and supermarkets, as well as a 24-hour medical center, pharmacies, gyms, indoor heated swimming pool and outdoor summer pool, sports center, a indoor sports pavilion, playgrounds and so much more . . .

Granada Airport is half an hour away by car and Malaga airport is approximately one hour away.
