This lovely property is built entirely out of stone and needs a full renovation. It sits in a great position with undisturbed views out over the countryside. Since it sits in an elevated position, the views are even better.
The house on the ground floor is all open space which with some patio doors installed could be made into a spacious, open plan kitchen diner. There would still be space for a bedroom and a bathroom so for the likes of elderly relatives it would be perfect as they wouldn't have to go upstairs.

In the village where the house is situated there are three café/bars within walking distance, where light meals and drinks can be obtained. Also there is a doctor's surgery, pharmacy, cash machine and church. Within a ten minute drive are supermarkets, banks, dentist, petrol stations and in Tomar there is both bus and train stations with good travel links. Easy access to airports with links to almost all UK airports.
The house is situated in a beautiful, unspoilt area of Portugal. It is very central with easy access to many places. Within an hour's drive you can be on stunning beaches or shopping/sightseeing in Lisbon and within minutes of home, is the lovely historic World Heritage city of Tomar with its imposing Knights of the Templar castle, or down at the magnificent Castelo Do Bode lake, a boating and fisherman's paradise.
