#Beautifully Reformed 4 Bed 2 Bath Villa with Pool in Sax 150,000€

This house dates back quite some time and all the original features have been kept to make this quality reform house full of character with a mix of modern, high quality kitchens and bathrooms, without taking away anything from the age of the house.

Located a ten minute drive from the centre of Sax it is approached by tarmac roads all the way until 650 metres of track that we would call 4 x 4 but having said that I have a Ford Mondeo that drives up there perfectly well.

The security gates are ready to have a remote controlled system added but they also have a built in lockable gate for easy access. The grounds are a good easily maintained size. They will be tidied and presentable for completion.

The house itself has a big covered terrace to the front which sadly is covered in tools in the photos and is difficult to imagine without then but it´s a big space offering lots of shade and protection from the terrace and plenty of opportunity for outside dining.

There is also an old garage which is in a bad state and is not part of the project but it is a legal building and it can be made into guest accommodation or a chicken coop or almost anything.

The views to the foreground are of the mountains which really are majestic and to the rear are fabulous views of Sax and the castle.

This was originally a 200,000€ project but the builder has had to stop with only 10%, about two weeks work, due to lack of funds. So that it gets finished he has reduced the completed price to 150,000€ and the remaining work would be completed using the required 15,000€ deposit. The contract for completion and ownership would be handled by a lawyer and a Notary so that there is absolutely no risk for the buyer.
