There are four bedrooms in the Villa with three double bedrooms on the ground floor. Two bedrooms have a shared bathroom and the third bedroom is en-suite. All bedrooms have private balconies.

The Master Suite is on the first floor with bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and good balcony areas. Below the house is a one bedroom apartment area. This does need some interior TLC but is very usable as an additional guest space. The Villa can be rented as a Vacation Villa when not in use by the owner. In high season, with all four bedrooms used, achievable rent is $575 usd per night. In low season, with less guests, the nightly rental with be $200 usd per night.

This is a well maintained Villa in a quiet and peaceful location but within a few minutes’ drive to restaurants and supermarkets. This is a good Vacation Villa investment and priced to sell.
