This extremely unusual and rather beautiful house is located right by the village, with easy outside parking, and has an integral garage. Built on two floors, with 100m2 on each floor, the upstairs is fully habitable and the downstairs is one big open space, ready to be converted into a second house (with its own access) or separate accommodation.

From the dining terrace, a couple of steps lead up to the main garden. This lovely area consists of a 4 x 2m in-ground moulded pool, sun bathing terrace and outside dining area. It is very private, with plenty of trees along the boundaries of the garden. Next door, on either side, are just kitchen gardens, very pretty, with the village and the Sierra beyond. To the rear of this lovely garden, a couple of steps lead up to another outside terrace. This terrace would be ideal for a jacuzzi, or as a chill-out area, perhaps with a sail or awning to shade the area and outdoor furniture or sofas, to make a relaxing, luxurious little corner of this wonderful property.
