A great one bedroom apartment with sea view and parking in Hvar town and only a few minutes walk from one of the best beaches in town. The apartment is located in a small modern purpose built block on the first floor. Positioned to the front of the building, it has an open plan living area with a comprehensively fitted kitchen, spacious shower room and a double bedroom. From the living room is a small balcony which has distant sea view towards Hvar town harbour, and as it is west facing, the most gorgeous sunsets are an everyday spectacle! There is also a valuable off street parking space to the front of the building.

The apartment is located on the south-east slopes of Hvar town and is a comfortable 20 minutes walk into the central part of town and our offices. Closer to the apartment, about a seven minute or so walk away are a couple of supermarkets and restaurants. However, the main attraction is how conveniently the apartment is situated from Pokonji Dol beach which is arguably the most beautiful beach in Hvar town. The beach is a pebble/stone beach south facing with a lovely little island and lighthouse situated just out of the bay. There are two well-established restaurants on the beachfront, providing a variety of excellent fresh dishes. The walk to the beach from the apartment is down a narrow pathway which can take about 8/9 minutes, and slightly longer walk up!

Hvar town is a fantastic place to be part of, especially at the height of the summer months with an electrifying buzz and pace of life. Or the best-kept secret of being in town in September, no points for the asking why; be here, and you will see! Hvar has a rich cultural history and some incredible architecture as well as a vibrant social life.

Hvar town has an excellent catamaran service during the summer months. Croatia’s main ferry line Jadrolinija also run an excellent service out of season. Stari Grad ferry port offers excellent communication to Split on the mainland. There are a number of ferries running daily, operated by Jadrolinija.
