The property has a habitable space of ... m2. The house consists of two parts. The rear part is a traditional old house, originally with a veranda which is now enclosed by windows. The front part is newer and contains new double glazed PVC windows and a completely new bathroom.

At the front of the house there is a large, green parcel of land containing two nut trees and situated between the main road and the fence of the house. In front of the main entrance there is a small covered porch.
When you enter the house, you find yourself in a corridor with a new PVC floor. On the right side of the corridor there are two bright and good sized rooms both with carpeted floors and big, east-facing windows (room A: m2, room B: m2).
At the end of the corridor there is a bathroom and a separate toilet, both tiled and with smaller north-facing windows. From the corridor you can enter the old PVC-floored dining room (m2). Behind the dining room there is a small kitchen with two smaller north-facing windows. Next to it, there is an old bathroom (with a small north-facing window) that requires renovation but all access to water and drains are in place. From the dining room you can access the fourth bedroom (room D: m2) which has a carpeted floor and a big south-facing window (now to the corridor B, originally to the veranda).

There is an attached outbuilding with a cellar and a storage room for garden tools. In addition, there is a useful detached outbuilding (m2) without doors which is used as a garage, and there are additional outbuildings formerly used as pig-sties. There is a ...m2 large back garden.

The garden is mainly grassed, but there is a huge pine tree and some bushes in the front garden with some older trees in the back garden.

Mains water, electricity and gas are connected. The property is heated by gas: convector in the bath room, central heating in the other rooms. The older part of the house has 60-80 cm thick walls made of clay that is cool in the summer and easy to heat in winter time.

The hot water is produced by two electric boilers (one in the pantry in the newer part, and one in the old bathroom).
